Hubby and I are both want to loss some weight and he already started walking everyday when its his lunch time, he goes to the landing in downtown Jacksonville. As long as he enjoyed walking that far, then its great. For me I am doing a lot of stuff around the house all day to keep me busy instead of doing couch potato all day. By Monday my friend and I will start walking to the park with our kids every afternoon. This would be a big help for me. Working out everyday is what I needed.
For 5 months or so now I been reading almost all the diet pill reviews and so far so good. But still can’t decide which one I want to use. We have to see if all this work outs still doesn’t work for me then I need to seriously think about taking a diet pill. One thing that I need to do also is to start jogging in the morning and then do it again when the sun go down in the afternoon.
