First Harvest Bell Pepper

Here is my first harvest on my bell pepper this year. This is not fully grown yet, but I have to harvest it because the plant need to make more fruit. The big giant pepper is taking all the nutrients, so every time there is a flower coming up it just pull off. After I harvest that one, now it has more peppers coming out. I hope that it will produce a bunch more, so I don’t need to go to the store and buy some.

On the other hand I have so much ripe tomatoes, Jalapenos and more. I actually make a fresh salsa last night and it was so good. I just love eating vegetables and it taste a lot better when you pick them in your own backyard. So if you have a space to plant veggies go ahead and start planting now, its a lot of fun and vegetables are so healthy for you.
