Doing Good

I am doing good on my losing weight so far I lost 14 pounds. So now I am looking forward to run on my treadmill everyday. It is hard to cut down some of my favorite food, but I am getting use to it. So hopefully I will lose more pounds. I am trying to keep my running everyday and I can say that I am doing very good at it. It’s been a month now since I start running I am trying to increase my distance everyday. It is so hard but I know I can do it.
I am so happy because I can wear my old pants again. I am making this working out a big deal and I cannot miss it even a day. I feel so good after I ran and look forward to run again the next day. Sometimes I feel not to do it, but I push myself to get in the treadmill.
